• Lead the local Applications organization through NPI, ramp-to-volume and sustaining operations.
• Define and evolve the organizational structure, hiring plans, and capability roadmap.
• Own performance management, talent development, and succession planning for the team.
• Translate on-product Applications strategy into executable priorities aligned with customer commitments.
• Define and deploy the long-term HVM Applications support model and governance rhythms.
• Drive alignment with global strategy and prioritize resources across teams.
