Customer Support
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and recommend appropriate integrated design solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals, including customer‑facing quotes in support of the sales process.
  • Support sales with technical training and customer visits.
Application Engineering
  • Interpret customer specifications and industry standards to create accurate design requirements.
  • Collaborate with design engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure products are readily manufacturable and meet performance, reliability, and cost targets.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, manuals, and data sheets.
  • Identify value engineering opportunities within integrated designs to optimize cost and capability in support of customer needs.
Project Support
  • Assist in managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of proposals, designs, and support.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to address lead times and resource planning.
Industry and Standards Compliance
