Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an Applications Engineer for a manufacturing company in the Collegeville, PA area. Based in Collegeville, you’ll act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating with Operations, Engineering and Sales to fulfill orders and optimize performance.

You will prepare quotes, manage contracts, and monitor production timelines while supporting forecasting, site visits, and customer audits. Strong technical skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or medical device environments.
• Strong technical aptitude to solve customer and operations challenges.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and product specifications is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve issues and support customer requirements.
• Prepare and manage quotes, contract reviews, order entry, and proposal follow-up activities.
• Coordinate production schedules, lead times, expedite requests, and recovery plans to meet commitments.
• Support forecasting efforts, business reviews, customer audits, and site visits.
• Maintain accurate product configurations, pricing, and specifications within company systems.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
