Medical Manufacturing Technologies in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking an Applications Engineer II to join our growing team. You will work hands-on in our Applications Lab, supporting catheter and medical device manufacturing processes and collaborating with Engineering, R&D, and Production to deliver robust solutions.

You will partner with customers worldwide, conduct proof-of-concept testing, and help drive process improvements while traveling up to 10–20% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in applications, process, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication of technical info to varied audiences.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and documentation.
• Domestic and international travel up to 10–20%.

Responsabilités

• Partner with customers to understand manufacturing challenges and recommend process and equipment solutions.
• Conduct proof-of-concept testing and process development in the Applications Lab.
• Develop, validate, and optimize catheter and medical device manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot technical and process challenges and perform root cause analysis.
• Program, test, and validate equipment prior to customer acceptance and shipment.
• Prepare technical reports and present recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering and R&D to improve machine capabilities, tooling, and automation.
• Train customers and internal teams on equipment operation and process control.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and innovation.
