You will interface with customers by phone, email and web; develop training materials; and collaborate with engineering to accelerate issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/IT or related field.
• 2+ years supporting business-critical applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with Python and Shell scripting.
• Understanding of networking protocols (TCP, routing, switching).
