The Role

We are seeking a full-time, professional, career-oriented engineer to join our Monarch System Management Applications team.

A critical aspect for all DGM customers is maintaining and administering their SCADA system and related applications to keep them aligned with the expanding electrical network.

The System Management Application Engineers support system management application implementation and maintenance strategies on customer projects. This involves working closely with project teams to understand system requirements, teach customers how to use DGM applications to improve maintenance and administration, and becoming subject matter experts in system maintenance principles. Collaboration with SMEs across product areas is essential for designing integrations with modeling tools, advanced applications, and third-party products.

Your Impact
  • Assess customer requirements and design solutions, leading workshops on design and configuration
  • Guide project engineers in configuring the System Management applications
  • Train customers on maintenance tools and best practices
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for System Management & maintenance questions, troubleshooting, and challenges
  • Define and refine product and system configuration standards and templates
  • Participate in projects focused on System Management applications as assigned
  • Maintain a knowledge base of system management principles and provide guidance to customers and teams
  • Manage database content related to system management
  • Handle display management, model management, calculation & script building, system settings & permissions, user & console administration, Monarch & third-party software patching
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of Project Engineering experience
  • Experience with SCADA and/or OT systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize
  • Experience or knowledge of utility operations preferred
  • Expertise in data management and maintenance principles preferred

The salary range for this role is $74,200 - $92,800, with potential for bonuses and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, insurance, and retirement plans.
