Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on lab experience with test and measurement equipment.
• Programming experience with Python, C#, LabVIEW for instrument control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Silicon Valley after training.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Technical Support Center, developing expertise in oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other test instruments.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to engineers at technology companies.
• Collaborate with FAEs, Sales, and Product Engineering to deliver solutions.
• Create technical content such as application notes, training videos, and knowledge base articles.
• Transition to a field-based role in Silicon Valley to advise customers and grow business opportunities.
