Job summary

Tektronix is launching an Application Engineering Development Program for early-career engineers. You start as an Application Engineer in our Technical Support Center in Beaverton, OR, solving real measurement challenges and gaining hands-on expertise with oscilloscopes, SMUs, and more.

As you progress, you rotate to a field-based role in Silicon Valley, applying your knowledge face-to-face with customers, partnering with FAEs and account teams, and growing into leadership across applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on lab experience in R&D, university projects, or internships involving signal-oriented test and measurement.
• Programming experience with Python, C#, LabVIEW for instrument control and automation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal teams and customers.
• Willingness to relocate to Silicon Valley / Bay Area after the training phase.
