Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an Applications Engineer for Emergency Lighting in Warminster, PA. You will develop accurate quotations from electrical drawings and project requirements, interpret diagrams to define system scope, and ensure code compliance across NFPA 101, NEC, IBC, and UL 924.

You will support the selection of inverters and transfer devices for emergency lighting and prepare proposals with technical documentation, resolving issues to closure.

Qualifications

• Develop accurate quotations from electrical drawings and project requirements.
• Interpret diagrams and control intent to define system scope.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 101, NEC, IBC, and UL 924.
• Support selection of emergency lighting inverters, transfer devices, and exit lighting.
• Prepare proposals and submittals, resolving technical issues to closure.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, timely, and technically sound quotations based on electrical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Interpret one line diagrams, panel schedules, and control intent to define system scope and performance criteria
• Apply and ensure compliance with NFPA 101, NEC, IBC, UL 924, and other applicable codes and standards
• Support application and selection of emergency lighting inverters, transfer devices, and exit/egress lighting equipment
• Prepare technical proposals, submittals, and supporting documentation while owning technical issues through resolution
