Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience with electromechanical products.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or ability to quickly learn.
• Strong mechanical and electromechanical aptitude.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Willingness to travel 10-15%.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and application support to internal teams, customers, and sales personnel.
• Assist customers with selection, configuration, use, and maintenance of gearmotors and power transmission products.
• Analyze customer requirements and determine appropriate product solutions.
• Review, design, and calculate complex applications and product modifications.
• Develop technical documentation and product specifications for use by customers, customer service, and sales teams.
• Travel with sales personnel to provide engineering expertise during customer meetings and technical presentations.
