Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Applications Engineer to provide presales technical support and develop, quote, and support solutions for conveyors and related accessories. The role can be located in Milwaukee, Randolph, or Oshkosh with a hybrid work‑from‑home schedule.

The ideal candidate has a BSME or engineering discipline and CAD/Excel skills, plus exposure to manufacturing processes and ASME codes.

Qualifications

• BSME or other Eng. Discipline required.
• CAD experience (AutoCAD or other) preferred.
• Exposure to manufacturing processes, reading specs, drawings and ASME or other codes.
• Strong Excel Skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage quoting process including RFP intake and estimates.
• Review project requirements with Eng and Manufacturing for best match.
• Organize cross‑department meetings to review layouts and estimates.
• Incorporate changes before submitting proposals.
• Prepare Sales Order Digest for awarded projects.
• Schedule and run Technical Review Meetings.
• Complete information for Order Entry and amendments.
• Assist in shipments inspections to exceed customer expectations.
• Help develop standard estimates for the library.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
