Baker Hughes is seeking an Applications Engineer to design ESP systems, support field operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize well performance. You will work on ESP applications throughout the lifecycle, performing design calculations, and providing on-demand technical support.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, experience or interest in artificial lift, and willingness to travel to field sites.

As a Services Specialist – ALS Applications Engineering, you will serve as a key technical contributor supporting ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) applications. You will work closely with Service Delivery, Sales, and field teams to design ESP systems, support installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, compliant, and high‑performing artificial lift operations throughout the job lifecycle.

This is a technical, field‑support‑oriented role. Work schedules may vary based on operational needs, including field support, after‑hours availability, and travel requirements.
