Position Summary

The Applications Engineer serves as a subject matter expert, bridging technical expertise with customer-focused solutions. This role involves driving the technological evaluation stage of sales, mentoring team members, and ensuring seamless project transitions. The ideal candidate will have a blend of hands-on technical skills and strategic leadership experience to contribute to both pre-sale and project management efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical advisor for secondary packaging systems, robotics, automation, and AI integration.
  • Handle RFQs, URS documentation, and conceptual designs during pre-sale stages.
  • Lead technical evaluations, on-site customer visits, and equipment assessments.
  • Act as a mentor for Applications Engineering team members, fostering growth and development.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, staying updated on industry standards and trends.
