Job summary

Ebco Inc. is seeking a motivated engineer to support new product design, application, testing, and technical services for a global supplier of elastomeric components.

You will work with Sales, New Product Implementation, and Product Quality teams to deliver timely solutions and technical guidance to customers. The role involves interpreting specifications, supporting product validation, and contributing to design and documentation using Creo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in elastomeric materials, product design and/or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support to both internal and external customers
• Facilitate customer-facing interactions including virtual meetings, on-site visits, email, etc.
• Interpret customer and industry standard specifications to ensure all product requirements are met
• Contribute to the design, development and physical validation of products
• Support the creation and maintenance of technical drawings using PTC Creo
• Assist in the design, development and maintenance of physical testing procedures
• Drive continuous improvement related to internal processes

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter eager to join a team of dedicated engineers responsible for supporting a variety of roles related to new product design, application, testing and more. In addition to working directly with our customers, the candidate will also interface closely with members of our Sales, New Product Implementation and Product Quality groups to provide a high-level of technical support in a comprehensive and timely manner.
