Group/Division
With over 40 years of experience, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG) develops all of KLA's metrology and inspection products. The LS-SWIFT Division within GPG provides patterned wafer inspection systems for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing, serving markets such as foundry, logic, memory, automotive, MEMS, and advanced packaging. Our LS (Laser Scanning) systems enable cost-effective defect detection, while SWIFT (Simultaneous Wafer Inspection at Fast Throughput) systems offer comprehensive wafer surface inspection. We operate globally across the US, Singapore, India, and Germany, supporting customers worldwide.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience.
Base pay range: $114,800 - $195,200 annually. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock purchase, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, paid time off, and more.
