IDOC is seeking a seasoned data and systems specialist to support multiple optical manufacturing laboratories using DVI. You will develop reports, dashboards, and automated workflows, integrate data from JSON, XML, CSV, and other sources, and translate operations data into actionable insights.

This role supports multiple optical manufacturing laboratories using DVI as their primary laboratory management platform. It manages and improves data, reporting, application configuration, and business-process integrations across laboratory operations. The role develops and maintains integrations, scripts, and automated workflows; translates laboratory and operational data into actionable business insight; and resolves complex system and data issues across multiple sources. The position also supports the ongoing development and optimization of applications and operational processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across the organization. It uses modern automation and AI-enabled development tools to strengthen solution design, delivery quality, and continuous improvement.
