Qualifications

• 5+ years in application support, systems integration, data management, or software development.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
• Experience working with SQL Server and data formats like JSON/XML/CSV.
• Proficiency with scripting languages and REST APIs for data integration.
• Experience applying AI tools across development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and present data from DVI and related systems.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports for operations, production, finance, sales, and management teams.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations for different audiences.
• Validate data accuracy and reconcile information across multiple systems.
• Improve data integrity and 'single source of truth' reporting.
• Maintain pricing tables, product catalogs, translation tables, pricing changes, and related configurations.
• Assist users with troubleshooting DVI processes and provide functional support.
• Implement and document workflow enhancements and system configurations.
