Job summary

IDOC is seeking a seasoned data and systems specialist to support multiple optical manufacturing laboratories using DVI. You will develop reports, dashboards, and automated workflows, integrate data from JSON, XML, CSV, and other sources, and translate operations data into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across IT and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application support, data management, or software development.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL querying and stored procedures.
• Experience processing JSON, XML, CSV, and flat-file data.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and present data from DVI and related systems.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports for operations, finance, sales, and management.
• Create dashboards and KPIs for diverse audiences.
• Validate data accuracy and reconcile information across systems.
• Improve data integrity and single-source of-truth reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrations between DVI and external systems.
• Support APIs, import/export processes, and automation workflows.
