Hourly Pay Range:

$37.85 - $58.67 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Applications Analyst II - Epic MyChart
  • Location: 4201 Winfield Road, Warrenville, IL
  • Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
  • Hybrid Position: primarily remote after initial onsite period.
  • On call rotation

Job Summary:

As the Application Analyst II at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for assisting in specific areas of IT including full life cycle management, from analysis and design to deployment and maintenance of technology solutions and platforms. You will contribute toward identifying opportunities to reduce manual efforts, support organizational growth, enhance patient and user experience, and create innovative operational solutions. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting the use of available tools and workflows, and performing administrative tasks as assigned are essential parts of this role.

This position will support the ongoing maintenance and health of the three current Endeavor Health Patient Portals.

To succeed, you should stay updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for industry best practices.

What you will do:

  • Facilitate technology use by end-users and ensure system performance.
  • Design and document application changes, new features, or defect fixes.
  • Respond to customer requests and participate in meetings.
  • Lead customer meetings occasionally.
  • Contribute to application and workflow improvements.
  • Solve complex problems, analyze solutions, and use standard procedures.
  • Develop organizational and process knowledge.
  • Maintain applications and version levels.
  • Support other teams with application support if needed.
  • Develop and execute test plans.
  • Complete internal reports and update management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including working varied hours and on-call shifts during crises.
  • Develop and execute project plans according to standards.
  • Follow all operating procedures and customer service principles.

What you will need:

  • Education: Associate degree with 1-year relevant IT experience or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in relevant IT or user experience; at least two (2) years in healthcare or related industries.
  • Preferred Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical info simply, work independently and in teams, possess good communication and customer service skills, and have advanced knowledge of procedures, utilities, and operating systems. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with minimal assistance are also preferred.
