Job summary

University of Louisville is seeking an Applications Administrator IV to support departmental software applications, both cloud and on-premise, within Information Technology Services. You will collaborate with ITS Enterprise teams to align configurations with the university's enterprise technology environment.

Responsibilities include system maintenance, upgrades, integrations, security, and user training while communicating effectively with non-technical audiences and driving continuous process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized support for business-critical departmental software applications including cloud or on-premise systems.
• Serve as a primary contact point for system support and communicate with customers effectively.
• Document system configuration and operations for knowledge sharing.
• Translate complex business processes and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ensure that organizational and customer expectations are met and drive improvements.
• Oversee change management and align implementations with enterprise technology standards.
• Plan and execute system maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, and integration security.
• Provide end-user training and mentor team members as needed.
• Collaborate with ITS Enterprise teams and campus stakeholders to optimize ecosystems.
