Job summary

University Health seeks an experienced IT professional to provide technical leadership, project management, and strategic direction for the implementation and operation of financial, clinical, business, and administrative systems. This role will coordinate complex system tasks and oversee developers and analysts, ensuring alignment with policies and procedures across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data processing, mathematics, business or a related field is required.
Eight years of programming and system analysis experience is required.
Proficient in at least one computer system language and data management methodology on at least one of the computer platforms used.

Responsibilities

Provides technical expertise, project management, technical guidance and direction in the implementation and operation of application systems used for financial, clinical, business, and administrative systems.
Organizes and schedules a variety of major and/or complex system tasks, including programming, in a timely and proficient manner and in compliance with Departmental and Community First Health Plans policies and procedures.
Oversees the performance and coordinates the tasks of assigned developers and analysts.
Maintains a good working relationship with co-workers and other Community First Health Plans staff.
Performs other duties as assigned or defined in the performance evaluation form and in the Community First Health Plans policies and procedures.
