Responsibilities

• Support analysis, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications.
• Evaluate user requirements and implement system improvements to meet business objectives.
• Analyze requirements to identify enhancements and suggest effective technical solutions.
• Configure, test, implement and support system upgrades and changes for stability and performance.
• Gather and maintain business requirements, functional specs, and process workflows.
• Assist with user account management, access controls, and security policy compliance.
• Monitor interfaces between enterprise apps, validate data exchanges, and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform system analysis, data validation, and root cause analysis to improve reliability.
• Develop and execute testing plans (functional, integration, UAT) and document results.
• Collaborate with users, developers, PMs, and IT teams to deliver enhancements.

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Application Systems Specialist. This is an exempt hybrid-remote opportunity based in Atlanta, GA.

MUST BE US CITIZEN

• Support the analysis, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise business applications by evaluating user requirements, resolving application issues, and implementing system improvements that support organizational operations and business objectives.
• Analyze business and functional requirements to identify application enhancements and recommend effective technical solutions that improve business processes and system functionality.
• Configure, test, implement, and support application enhancements, software updates, configuration changes, and system upgrades while ensuring application stability and performance.
• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process workflows, and system documentation to support application development and ongoing maintenance.
• Support application security by assisting with user account management, role assignments, access controls, and compliance with organizational security policies and procedures.
• Monitor and support interfaces between enterprise applications by validating data exchanges, troubleshooting integration issues, and coordinating with technical teams to resolve system problems.
• Perform system analysis, data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve application issues while improving overall system reliability and efficiency.
• Develop and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans; document test results; and verify that system enhancements meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, project managers, and technical teams to implement application enhancements, resolve production issues, and support successful project delivery.
• Utilize Jira and Agile methodologies to manage work assignments, document requirements, track defects, monitor enhancement requests, and maintain project documentation.
• Provide day-to-day production support by responding to user inquiries, resolving application issues, preparing user documentation, and recommending process improvements that enhance application performance and user satisfaction.
