Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a ClaimsXM Application System Administrator III with expertise in the Trizetto Facets ecosystem. You will install, configure, and maintain Facets in Windows environments, and deploy VMs in Azure Gov Cloud.

You will document systems and serve as SME for Facets architecture and operations. You will analyze current and future environments, support SDLC activities, and develop cost-saving, reliable solutions while communicating clearly with technical and

• 5+ years of experience with Facets and Trizetto products
• 3+ years of Windows Server System Administration
• Bachelor's or Associate degree (or 10 years IT with Facets experience)

Responsibilities

• Installation and operational maintenance of Facets and deployment of VMs in Azure
• Create and maintain environment/system documentation and technical specs
• Serve as subject matter expert for Facets including system architecture, file structure, and server/software base functionality
• Analyze issues and develop recommendations and solutions based on business needs and communicate planned solutions, impacts, and timelines
• Perform analysis of current/future environments for cost savings and efficiency
• Support SDLC components and ensure regulatory compliance through audits and extracts

You are a person who enjoys solving technical challenges, optimizing system performance, and supporting complex application and cloud environments. We need someone who is experienced in the Trizetto Facets application for software installation and configuration in a Windows environment. In the role of ClaimsXM Application System Administrator III, you will be responsible for system administration, creating VMs in Azure Gov Cloud, and domain infrastructure administration.

About The Position

• Installation and operational maintenance of Facets and Deployment of VMs in Azure
• Create and maintain environment/system documentation and technical specs.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Facets including system architecture, file structure, requirements for server/software base functionality.
• Independently analyze issues or opportunities. Develop recommendations and solutions based on findings and business needs. Communicate to Business and Technical team planned solutions, impacts, and timelines.
• Perform analysis of current and future environments for more efficient and cost savings solutions.
• Support key components of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Creates automated functions, reports, or extracts to satisfy system audits and compliance of regulatory requirements in support of core system and ancillary applications.
• Provide support to staff and team members for Trizetto Products.
• Follow, maintain, assist in creation, of policy controls for regulatory compliance for audit and Industry Certifications.
• Bachelor's or associate degree
• 5 years + Experience with Facets and Trizetto products
• 3 years + Experience with Windows System Administration
• If no degree a total of 10 years' experience in IT with a minimum of 5 years' experience with Facets will be considered.
• Trouble shooting excellence is a must.
• Tomcat knowledge is a must.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people.
• Ability to function in fast paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to successfully perform job functions with minimal supervision.

Preferred Requirements:

• Azure and Citrix knowledge is a plus.
• Linux knowledge is a plus.
