Job summary

DataSoft Technologies, Inc. is seeking an OHPAC Application Support / Technical Support Analyst 3 to provide Tier 1 and First Call Resolution for end users, supporting Oracle Health Patient Accounting and related revenue-cycle workflows.

The role focuses on post-go-live sustainment and operational health of EHR initiatives across client facilities, with a strong emphasis on HIPAA compliance and ITIL-aligned SLAs.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 EHR application troubleshooting and ITIL ticket escalation.
• End-user technology support (Citrix, desktop environments, user access management).
• Trend analysis for recurring workflow/technical issues.
• Clear oral/written communication and strong customer service orientation.
• Healthcare compliance knowledge (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, resolve, or elevate routine OHPAC system and desktop issues (Citrix, user access, printing, work queues).
• Conduct pre- and post-go-live health checks, tracking KPIs and reporting on system performance and user adoption.
• Maintain ITIL-based SLA targets, issue resolution logs, and sustainment readiness checklists.
• Collaborate with Tier 2, vendor, and implementation teams while ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Role Summary

Provide Tier 1 and First Call Resolution (FCR) support for end users of Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) and related revenue-cycle workflows. This role supports the post-go-live sustainment and operational health of Electronic Health Record (EHR) initiatives across client facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, resolve, or elevate routine OHPAC system and desktop issues (Citrix, user access, printing, work queues).
