Qualifications

Pursuing degree in Information Systems / MIS / CS with at least one semester remaining.
Eligible for full‑time employment by June 2028.
Curiosity and hands‑on experience with AI/ML tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist IT and business teams in supporting application systems and troubleshoot basic issues.
Help monitor and support ERP and Engineering applications.
Partner with business users to understand system challenges and identify improvements.
Support creation and maintenance of documentation for common problems.
Participate in team meetings and IT operations/project activities.
Coordinate with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing.
Recommend enhancements to optimize work processes.
Learn new systems and products quickly based on business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support reliability.
