Position Overview:
Support RQIP program delivery by resolving technical issues and enabling data-driven decisions. Provide integrated platform and business metrics to automate reporting, measure development impact, and monitor customer health.
Position Holder is Accountable For:
- Resolve VA escalated L2 cases and debug L3 issues, following checker procedures and FedRAMP security requirements for all DB modifications
- Work with ITD system analyst to automate customers reports to reduce manual work
- Perform second-level problem determination, incident resolution, and periodic platforms health checks.
- Identify emerging issues and trends for all supported platforms.
- Building and maintaining internal integrative dashboards in Power BI.
- Automating ITD tasks.
- Provide technical support for both internal and external customers.
- Collect information, test, and provide root cause documentation.
- Manage and coordinate communication with customers, RQIP support and field teams.
- Participate in creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization.
- Gain understanding across IT tools to guide and coach team on best practices on continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in supporting multiple applications.
- Ability to respond to and resolve Level II and Level III support cases efficiently.
- Willingness to act as the final point of escalation for support requests.
- Proficiency in Java, REST, Microservices (AWS), RDBMS (preferably MySQL), PHP 8, and the Laravel Framework.
- Experience with database manipulation and querying.
- Experience standing up automations using server-based languages.
- Experience in application performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and coordination skills, particularly in working with internal and external resources, and the ability to quickly understand complex business problems.
- Skilled in conducting engineering processes and standard work, including verification and qualification procedures.
- Skilled in providing operational support for generating data files, databases, reports, etc. in
- daily operations.
- Ability to understand technical documents and follow standard operating procedures to support business configuration requirements across various technical services/systems.
- Ability to accommodate global time zone (mainly early meetings) and collaborate effectively across different regions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile SAFE and an understanding of CI/CD processes is preferred.
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $80,000-$85,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
