Job summary

United Imaging is seeking an Application Specialist for Computed Tomography (CT). The role focuses on on-site and remote education, demonstrations, updates and clinical workflow optimization for CT systems, building trusted partnerships with customers.

You will deliver training at customer sites or United Imaging HQ in Houston, collaborate with sales and R&D teams, support new product introductions, and ensure voice-of-customer feedback guides product improvements while maintaining the highest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computed Tomography and ARRT CT certification.
• 5+ years as radiologic technologist in healthcare setting.
• 3+ years as application specialist in modality field; CT Cardiac experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site CT education, demonstrations, updates and workflow optimization.
• Deliver clinical education and adjust system parameters to expand customer portfolio.
• Provide remote support and quickly resolve customer issues.;Assist in product demonstrations and training of new recruits.
• Support sales with product demos, case studies, and collaboration with clinicians.
• Develop and deliver on-site or HQ-based application training courses at customer locations or United Imaging Training Center in Houston.
• Assist R&D/CRM with customer needs, issues, and troubleshooting know-how.

Job Summary

The Application Specialist – Computed Tomography will provide on-site application education for Computed Tomography (CT), including demonstration, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications. Successful candidates will demonstrate the characteristics of authenticity and integrity that is needed to build meaningful and lasting relationships with our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide on-site application education for Computed Tomography (CT), including demonstration, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications.
• Provide customer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, including having the ability to deliver clinical education, adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio.
• Provide professional applications support to quickly process and resolve customer complaints; provide remote support when not on-site.
• Support sales team: product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies, presenting images to clinicians/physicians, new products learning and coaching of new recruits.
• Assist in the development of application training courses to be delivered on-site at a customer location or at the United Imaging Headquarters and Training Center in Houston.
• Support the R&D/CRM process, including customer needs, issues, as well as provision of troubleshooting know-how and experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computed Tomography
• Computed Tomography ARRT Certification

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a radiological technologist in a healthcare
• industry/clinical setting and 3+ years of experience as an application specialist in one specific modality field.
• CT Cardiac Scanning experience is a plus.

Required Skills or/ Attributes

• Experience in research or case studies involving similar areas is beneficial.
