Csidesigns is seeking an Application Specialist 2 in Springfield, MO to provide in-depth technical support for sanitary and hygienic valve applications. The role involves reviewing quotes and ensuring application accuracy through ERP systems while supporting customers via phone and email.

The Application Specialist 2 is a senior inside technical support role with a primary focus on sanitary and hygienic valve applications. This role is inside / office-based, highly customer-facing, and deeply involved in ERP, quoting, and order accuracy. It does not perform field installation or service work.
Application Specialist 2 team members spend a significant portion of their time supporting customers by phone and email, while partnering closely with inside sales and internal teams.

This role is primarily office‑based, Monday‑Friday, with limited travel. It requires extended computer use, effective communication, and occasional movement within industrial environments. Light physical activity, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds, may be required.
