Job summary

Cadence is seeking a motivated engineer to join the Adams MultiBody Dynamics development team. You will implement back-end business logic and UI extensions, and help modernize the architecture to leverage modern hardware.

Qualifications

• Recent 2026 graduate with a CS degree and 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong C++ and Python scripting skills.
• Experience with multi-layered architecture and APIs.
• Proficient in VSCode; aware of AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement Adams backend business logic and persistence.
• Implement Adams UI extensions.
• Modernize backend for new hardware.
• Improve test automation coverage.
• Build and test pipeline logic.
• Collaborate with Adams Solver and Car teams in Agile.
• Coordinate across Cadence groups for cross-product work.
• Contribute to debugging, usability improvements, and docs.
