Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Backend Software Engineers to support AI training through challenging coding tasks and reliable evaluation systems. You will use your software engineering expertise to create, review, and solve realistic programming problems involving feature development, debugging, performance optimization, and secure coding.

Contractor role (~15 hrs/week) with flexible schedule and remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong backend development experience with Python, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with debugging, testing, performance optimization, and code reviews.
• Experience or interest in security, pentesting, vulnerability assessment, or security audits is a plus.
