Job summary

PNC is seeking a Technology Engineer to join its Technology organization across multiple locations including Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham, Dallas, or Lakewood, CO. You will focus on applying security best practices across the SDLC and work with development teams to build secure solutions.

Proficiency in Java and/or .NET, strong communication, and a solid understanding of OWASP Top 10 are required. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Experience in applying security across the SDLC and knowledge of OWASP Top 10
• Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate and mitigate application security risks
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain technology solutions.
• Develop software components aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on secure coding and best practices to junior staff.
• Analyze client requirements and ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure quality of deliverables within risk management framework.
