Job description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Network Automation Engineer.

Position type: Contract

Duration: 18 Months

Location: Chandler, AZ, Plano, TX, Jersey City (3 Days Onsite)

As a Network Automation Engineer you will:

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation solutions, integrate F5/NSX and cloud platforms, build API-driven orchestration workflows, and deliver scalable network automation across hybrid infrastructure environments.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with Network Automation and Infrastructure Automation.
• Experience working with F5 (iControl REST), NSX, and AVI/NSX ALB APIs.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.
• Expertise in Django, Flask, and/or FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SDKs, and system integrations.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Go, and Bash scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI-driven or closed-loop automation workflows.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with Checkpoint, Fortinet, McAfee, or TippingPoint products.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, and JIRA.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and unit testing experience.
• Banking or regulated industry experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proven experience developing Python-based automation solutions.
• Experience integrating network technologies such as F5, NSX, and AVI/NSX ALB.
• Experience designing and developing web-based automation applications using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range: $65/hr - $68/hr on W2.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
