Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a technical customer support role, preferably with enterprise customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of how the Internet works at OSI layers 3, 4 and 7.
• Experience using Linux and CLI tools; familiarity with DNS/HTTP(S).
• Experience installing and configuring web servers such as Apache, Nginx, or IIS.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill support requests via chat, email, and phone with professional customer interaction.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze and troubleshoot issues.
• Track tickets and document resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Help update AI skills and automated workflows with current documentation.
