Application Manager

Fully Remote (Central Time Zone Preferred)

Stable10 is working with a rapidly growing digital services company that has expanded significantly through acquisition over the past two years. With a diverse client portfolio and a fast-evolving tech stack, the business is now hiring an Application Manager to bring structure, reliability, and forward-thinking leadership to its internal systems environment.

This is a high-ownership role that spans support, systems engineering, and cloud-based administration. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and sees themselves building toward a future leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the business’s core application suite (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Own escalation support and work closely with external MSPs to resolve complex system issues.
• Lead SaaS migrations and support integration efforts tied to M&A activity.
• Create and document internal SOPs and technical processes to drive consistency and scale.
• Champion best practices across cybersecurity, identity and access management, and IT asset management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align IT systems with broader business goals and ensure internal stakeholder success.
• Help define and support a long-term technology roadmap focused on scalability and automation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in IT systems administration or business systems management.
• Proven experience in high-growth or change-heavy environments (PE-backed or M&A-heavy settings a plus).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
• Exposure to cybersecurity principles, SaaS infrastructure, and IT service delivery frameworks.
• Confident communicator with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly autonomous and proactive, thrives in fast-paced, self-directed environments.
