Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in electrical motor design.
• Strong AutoCAD LT or equivalent drafting experience.
• Experience with electric motor control circuits.
• Ability to create schematics from application requirements.
• Working knowledge of NEC requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Design control panel circuitry for customer applications.
• Create schematics and wiring diagrams from specifications.
• Interpret customer requirements and technical documentation.
• Specify component brands, models, and part numbers.
• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations.
• Support procurement and production teams with technical guidance.
• Communicate with sales for clarification and solution alignment.
• Assist with customer fact-finding and production consultation calls.
• Prioritize urgent project needs and time-sensitive requests.
• Occasionally travel to other facilities as needed.
