Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Technology Manager to join the global applications team in Missouri. You will provide application and technical guidance on our capital equipment for PCB assembly and related industries, troubleshoot complex challenges, and build tailored customer proposals showing how our equipment integrates into existing processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2–3 years of SMT/semiconductor experience, with travel up to 30-40% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 2-3 years of SMT/semiconductor applications experience preferred.
• Familiarity with quality control standards in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and technical guidance on products to customers and internal partners.
• Troubleshoot complex system and process challenges and propose workable alternatives.
• Assess requirements and build tailored proposals showing equipment integration into customers' processes.
• Support engineering trials, data collection, and documentation.
