Job summary

ABB in Westerville, OH, is seeking a qualified QCS engineer to lead system software activities on medium complexity projects. You'll tackle planning, specification development, and on-site deployment with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for software proposals and plans.
• Develop System Functional Specification for all projects when lead role is assigned.
• Prepare System software and make ready for internal integration test; support integration test.
• Support Factory Acceptance Test with Customer, if included in project.
• Commissioning: support system implementation at Customer site and start-up activities.
• Provide Level 3 support line coverage on periodic basis; drive to resolution.
• Ensure Customer feedback is communicated to Project Manager.
