Responsibilities

Optimize the product line by completing item setup for special/non-stocked items and removing slow-moving or unprofitable items.
Enhance ecommerce carbide rod offering by ensuring accurate descriptions and adding new items.
Execute pricing plans and streamline quotes/availability for special items across geographies and market segments.
Coordinate between commercial and production teams to support growth plans and customer requirements.
Provide technical and quality support by collaborating with customers, sales, engineering and manufacturing teams.
