Job summary

ESTECO North America seeks an Application Engineer in Novi, Michigan for a hybrid role requiring in‑person engagement 3 days per week. Responsibilities

• Deliver expert application support for modeFRONTIER, nDAI and VOLTA to enterprise customers.
• Translate complex domain challenges into actionable optimization workflows.
• Provide strategic guidance on MDO and design exploration methods.
• Champion the application of nDAI for Physics AI to accelerate simulations.
• Drive CAE tool integration within the modeFRONTIER ecosystem.
• Design and lead technical training sessions and workshops.
• Showcase product capabilities through tailored demonstrations.
• Capture and author customer ROI case studies.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams to share best practices.
