Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in one of the listed technical disciplines.
- 2–5 years of professional engineering experience.
- Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of MATLAB, Python, Linux; optics understanding.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and engineering teams to diagnose product issues and develop solutions.
- Provide application support for semiconductor inspection and metrology systems.
- Develop and deliver customer training programs, technical documentation, and best-practice materials.
- Perform preventive maintenance, system inspections, and equipment performance evaluations.
- Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of systems.
