The candidate will interface with customers on requirements, perform complex problem solving, and lead projects from initiation to completion while maintaining clear communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years with operating SEM metrology systems in semiconductor industry.
• Experience leading projects from kickoff to completion with planning and reporting.
• Ability to interface with customers on technical requirements and schedules.
• Knowledge of metrology solutions to address gaps.
