Lennox International is seeking an Application Engineer II to provide technical support for commercial refrigeration equipment, from commissioning to maintenance, across a broad portfolio of products and solutions.

The role supports outside sales teams, customers, and end users with pre- and post-sales refrigeration application expertise including product selection, configuration, and troubleshooting. Collaboration with engineers on product and software development initiatives is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year related HVAC/R experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, strong math and mechanical knowledge.
• Has substantial knowledge of calculations required for correctly applying equipment and equipment integration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.

What Drives Success

Location: This position 100% remote.

The Application Engineer II provides technical support for commercial refrigeration equipment , including commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance across our broad portfolio of products and solutions.

Our team plays a key role in supporting outside sales teams, customers, and end users by providing expert pre- and post-sales refrigeration application support. Responsibilities include product selection, quotation assistance, system configuration, and troubleshooting of both standard and complex refrigeration systems. In this role, you will help ensure customers receive exceptional support while contributing to the successful application of our products. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with industry-leading engineers on both product and software development initiatives.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

What We Offer

Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $78,000 - $103,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
