Job description

You will join the Embodied Intelligence team at Mech-Mind Robotics. The company is a global leader in robot vision and embodied intelligence, with strong and mature engineering capabilities. Our systems have been deployed at scale in complex industrial environments, including automotive assembly, logistics sorting, and precision manufacturing, with over 24,000 intelligent robot systems deployed worldwide. In this role, you will work on real-world robotic tasks, building end-to-end algorithm systems from perception to decision-making. You will tackle key challenges in embodied intelligence, including stable manipulation and generalization, enabling robots to reliably operate in complex environments.

What You Own
  • Commission and execute final acceptance tests of 3D vision applications across diverse robot models directly at customer sites across France
  • Verify and adapt system interfaces (hardware & software), with hands-on programming especially in Python to ensure seamless integration
  • Conduct and meticulously document feasibility studies that inform both customer decisions and product evolution
  • Deliver application and product training sessions that empower customers to maximize value from Mech-Mind's technology
  • Collaborate closely with sales and R&D teams to drive continuous product optimization --- translating field insights into hardware and software improvements
  • Serve as the first line of technical support for customer inquiries and application-related issues, ensuring rapid resolution and customer confidence
Why It's Challenging
  • You are the face of Mech-Mind's technology at the customer's site --- you must simultaneously debug complex robotic systems, earn the trust of demanding industrial engineers, and convince stakeholders to adopt cutting‑edge embodied AI solutions
  • Every deployment is unique: you will navigate diverse robot models, varying industrial environments, and customer‑specific constraints, requiring rapid technical adaptability and creative problem‑solving
  • Supporting Proof-of-Concepts means operating under scrutiny --- your technical execution and communication directly determine whether a prospect becomes a long‑term customer
  • Balancing hands‑on technical depth with customer‑facing professionalism across multiple European sites demands exceptional versatility and resilience
Must-Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or comparable vocational training with relevant professional experience in robotics/commissioning
  • Basic understanding of industrial image processing and its practical application
  • Proven experience in commissioning and programming industrial robots/cobots
  • Hands‑on mentality for tackling complex, ambiguous technical problems
  • Service‑oriented mindset with strong teamwork ability, flexibility, and independent working style
  • Willingness to travel regularly within DACH
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Nice-to-Have
  • Additional European language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, etc.) --- a strong advantage for multi‑market coverage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse customer stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account growth
What You Gain
  • Deep embodied intelligence expertise: Hands‑on mastery of end‑to‑end robotic systems spanning perception, decision‑making, and manipulation --- one of the most sought‑after skill sets in modern robotics
  • Customer‑facing technical leadership: Direct ownership of deployment success at major industrial sites, building a reputation as a trusted technical advisor
  • Cross‑functional influence: Bridge field insights back to R&D and sales, shaping product roadmap and commercial strategy with real‑world data
  • Pan‑European industry exposure: Work across diverse industrial landscapes --- automotive, logistics, precision manufacturing --- building specialized domain expertise
  • Career trajectory: Clear path to senior application engineering, solutions architecture, or regional technical leadership roles within a rapidly scaling global organization
Why Join Mech-Mind
  • Technology with real-world impact: Our 3D vision and AI software powers robots that see, decide, and act with precision --- solving tangible automation challenges for global manufacturers and logistics leaders
  • European growth story: Be a technical cornerstone of a rapidly expanding regional team, with direct influence on how the market perceives and adopts our technology
