Qualifications

• Interprets engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and customer specs.
• Supports estimating, quoting, and pricing strategies for electrical switchgear.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical bridge between sales, engineering and project management to ensure correct specification, estimation, and execution of electrical switchgear and related products.
• Interpret customer specifications, electrical schematics, and single-line diagrams to develop cost estimates and technical proposals.
• Support sales and estimating teams by researching industry standards, documenting requirements, and preparing comprehensive quotations.
• Oversee the technical design process for customer projects, including material choice, documentation, and bill of materials creation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on technical matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and analyze project performance, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance, cost targets, and customer expectations.
