Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz (China) Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer to assist customers with RF and Microwave test equipment in the Southwest US region, focusing on applications and practical use.

You will collaborate with Application Engineers and regional Account Managers to drive engagement, deliver seminars, support pre/post-sales activities, and provide feedback to product teams for future roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting RF/microwave test equipment.
• Willingness to travel within the Southwest region.

Responsibilities

• Technical support for RF and Microwave Test and Measurement instruments and applications.
• Work closely with a team of Application Engineers and regional Account Managers to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver technical seminars and customer training sessions in the Southwest Region.
• Pre/Post-sales support, including customer demonstrations, equipment start-up, and training.
• Consultant to customers involved in research, development and test of RF and Microwave products and systems.
• Provide technical feedback to product developers to influence product enhancements and future roadmaps.
