Job summary

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in IC test development or application development.
• V93K SMT8 experience.
• Proven Java programming skills.
• Demonstrated experience with bench instruments.
• HW design knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop new test methodologies and solutions on V93K.
• Convert and debug test programs and support hardware interface design for customer devices on V93K.
• Optimize test programs to reduce test time and increase fault coverage.
• Solve engineering and production problems for customers.
• Collaborate with application development team, division, and field personnel for project implementation.
• Communicate with customers to ensure services meet requirements.
• Document projects and intellectual property.
• Expect a minimum of 20% travel to various customer and Advantest sites.
