Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial automation, controls engineering, or machine control development.
• Proficient PLC programming using IEC 61131-3 Structured Text.
• Experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms.
• Knowledge of state-machine based control logic is a plus.
• Hands-on with motors, drives, sensors, actuators, and industrial networks.
• Familiarity with EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Profinet, or Modbus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
• Familiarity with Linux-based industrial systems and Git.

Software Engineer

Our client is seeking a Controls Engineer to support the development of next-generation material handling and conveyance control systems. This role involves designing and developing machine control software, integrating industrial hardware, and supporting deployment of large-scale automation solutions.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, or machine control development
• Strong PLC programming experience using IEC 61131-3 Structured Text
• Experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms
• Proven experience developing state-machine based control logic is nice to have
• Hands-on experience integrating motors, drives, sensors, actuators, and industrial networks
• Experience with EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Profinet, or Modbus
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings
• Familiarity with Linux-based industrial systems and version control tools (Git)
