Amphenol Canada Corp. is seeking a Business Development Engineer for the Eastern US based in St. Augustine, FL.
You will generate connector design proposals, cost matrices, and support field sales. Travel is expected to expand regional business and identify new markets with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, proficiency in MS Office and SolidWorks or similar 3D tools, and strong communication skills.

The Business Development Engineer's top priorities facing the successful applicant will be to generate connector design proposals and cost matrix for new and existing programs, fully understand ACC's product lines and capabilities, and provide technical support to field sales and intra-company personnel. The ideal candidate will be a self-confident, detail-oriented individual who possesses persistence. Performance will be measured by timely response, innovation of design proposals, and accuracy of cost estimates. The position requires significant people contact and significant pressure to increase design wins and order/sales growth.
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 – 90,000 annually. In determining the rate of pay, Amphenol considers a variety of nondiscriminatory factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant industry experience, qualifications, skills, and education.
This position requires access to controlled technology that is subject to US export controls.Qualified candidates must be a US person (including US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or eligible to obtain required authorization(s) from the U.S. Government.
