Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor packing material is a plus.
• Ability to communicate observations regarding data and outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to partner with other team members in product development programs
