Aegis Manufacturing & Engineering is seeking an Applications Engineer to support its advanced CNC punching and bending equipment in Elgin, IL. You will train operators, run live demonstrations, and work with sales and service teams to optimize customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include review of drawings, tooling setup recommendations, and performing time studies to prove machine capabilities. Travel is required 12–15+ times per year, with on-site work when not traveling.

Position OverviewAn established, growing industrial machinery group is seeking an Applications Engineer to support its advanced CNC punching and bending equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit U.S. team, work with cutting-edge technology, and play a key role in a new showroom and customer training center.You’ll combine hands-on machine expertise, customer training, and technical problem-solving while working closely with sales and service teams.
